who’s move is it
i know we’ve all been here. when it seems like there just isn’t any more ‘right’ moves. that every effort (even with good intentions) is met with another wall. so, what do you do? heh, well, i have no idea either! but maybe it’s like getting feedback. because it’s a matter of perspective, it’s not about seeing it exactly like she does and understanding. maybe it’s enough to stretch your perspective just enough to realize there’s something bothering him/her and we should simply keep trying. as long as no shoes are being thrown at your head, just keep at it.
first of all, thanks to tt, CWrann, and @dwheezy for the Photoshop tips, which worked out great in eliminating the white noise in my art. this week we continue using a smaller font size in order to fit in a bit more dialogue. sometimes i refrain from using too much dialogue because (1) i can’t fit it all in, and (2) i get tired of reading! and in this week’s strip, i’m really lovin the last panel!
Just to let you know, ur drawing has like really improved! i was looking thorugh all the comic strips and it seems each one gets better and better 🙂 and thanks for the relationship advise…u should be a threapist or sumtin 😛
thanks beccah! def appreciate the words of encouragement and i’m enjoying how my art is getting better too!
I’m liking the new look of the site. It adds a little more pizazz to the overall feel. I’m also glad so see Park more showcased in the strip!
well, the Park character is so rich with relationship issues!! haha
I’m glad to see him officially named!
I’ve found that the best solution when you’re stumped is to consult the strategy guide; ask what she wants. Tell her you feel inadequate to make her happy and say you need help. Shell either tell you you’re better than you’re giving yourself credit for, or shell say she doesn’t know and realize that it’s not all your fault when you don’t come up with the right answer.
