coming on the eve of Valentine’s Day, i hope you find this strip uplifting because i do thing that last line is very true.  for me, relationships always happened as soon as i wasn’t looking for one.  something must happen when you’re just content and not looking for a relationship cause that’s when they come out of the woodwork!  so, this yeah, even if you’re in a relationship, perhaps we should just be content with who we are and what we have going for ourselves.

pretty happy of that second panel. i think it works in that it conveys to the audience that there are indeed ladies in that bar but that Alex is just oblivious to them.
